Habit Quit does not collect your data. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no trackers.

Overview

Habit Quit is an iOS app that helps you track habits you are trying to quit.

The app has no servers and makes no network requests, so there is nothing for us to receive. Your habits, your check-ins, and your craving log sit in private storage on your device, where only the app can reach them.

Information Collection and Use

The app saves the following to your device and nowhere else:

No other app can read any of it, and neither can we.

The app asks permission to send notifications so it can show habit reminders. iOS schedules those on your device, and nothing goes to a server. You can switch them off in the app or in iOS Settings.

If you write to us using Send feedback, we receive your email address and your message. We use it to reply, and we delete the message once your question is answered.

Since nothing is transmitted, the App Store privacy label for this app reads Data Not Collected.

Cookies

The app does not use cookies. This page does not use cookies or analytics.

Third Party Services

The app includes no third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising networks, so no outside company receives your data. If that ever changes, we will update this policy before the new version ships, name the company, and require it to protect your data to the standard described here.

Security

iOS keeps your data in the app's private container, protected by your device passcode and encryption. If you use iCloud Backup or encrypted local backups, iOS includes this app's data in that backup, the same as it does for other apps. Apple's privacy policy covers those backups.

No method of storage is completely secure. Keeping your data on your own device rather than on a server does remove most of the risk.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data stays on your device until you delete it.

We keep no copy on any server, so you never need to send us a deletion request and there is no waiting period.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. The app collects no information from anyone, so it collects none from children either.

The app can open this privacy policy page and Apple's rating prompt. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of sites we do not operate. Apple's privacy policy governs the App Store and the rating prompt.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy. Any change appears on this page under a new effective date. If the app ever starts collecting or transmitting data, this page will say so before that version ships.
